Procurity Joins the Challenge for Life! 

CancerCare Manitoba is dedicated to changing the course of cancer – and PROCURITY is committed to help make a difference!

Procurity is proud to be an official sponsor of the 3rd Annual CancerCare Manitoba Foundation Challenge for Life in 2010.

“Last year we raised $25,000 through donations from the proceeds of sales from our Encounter Brand Private Label products, “ said Procurity President & CEO Wayne Rivers. “This year, we intend to raise more than $50,000 through the continued participation of our independent member pharmacists in Manitoba."

Rivers spoke to participants of the Challenge for Life on January 26th at the official event kick-off at the Coboto Centre. “Like so many others, I’ve lost several family members to cancer, and my wife is a cancer survivor…,” he told the crowd in attendance. “If we can prevent even one more family from having to go through this, its worth it…”

The fundraiser takes place on June 12, 2010.
