President & CEO

Reporting to the Board of Directors, Wayne guides the senior management team by setting the strategic direction for the organization, its suite of products and services, legal and regulatory requirements and issues. He monitors the marketplace, ensuring the company is well positioned to change and evolve to serve the needs of their shareholders, customers and members, while remaining viable, profitable and competitive.

Vice President Finance & Administration

Responsible for establishing direction and practices in all areas of financial and credit management.

Rheal Lesage
Director of Information Systems & e-Commerce

Responsible for ensuring Procurity’s information systems provide leading technology and intuitive solutions for business operation and independent members.

Neena Oberoi
Director of Business Development & Purchasing

Responsible for overseeing all areas of purchasing and inventory management in all Procurity's distribution centres. Also responsible for assisting in the development and expansion of Procurity's retail business as well as working toward increased sales for private label programs.

Kevin Creighton
Director of Retail & Banner Services

Responsible for retail support programs and services for member pharmacies, including advertising, banner programs and health care activities.

Nathalie Veillette
Director of Finance

Responsible for all Procurity's day-to-day accounting including credit management, financial statements,credit reviews, purchase accounts and payables/receivables.
